Owego woman charged with reckless endangerment, arson

OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – An Owego woman awaits her day in front of a judge.

According to the Owego Police Department, Sonya Morris was arrested last week following a domestic violence investigation on Belva Lockwood Lane.

The 48-year-old is charged with felony reckless endangerment, misdemeanor arson, and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Morris was arraigned and held in Tioga County Jail pending further court proceedings.
