Update: Missing Canandaigua teen found, police say

Update, Aug. 25: Canandaigua Police say 15-year-old Jazmine Snyder has been located and is back with her family.


SYRACUSE, NY (607NewsNow) – Authorities are searching for a missing teenager from Canandaigua.

Police say 15-year-old Jazmine Snyder was last seen around 10 p.m. on August 19 in the City of Canandaigua.

Her cell phone last pinged on the morning of August 21 near Le Moyne College in Syracuse.

According to the Canandaigua Police Department, Snyder is about 5 feet tall and 150 pounds and was wearing a pink sweatshirt and black sweatpants. She was seen carrying a bag and could have a change of clothes.

Anyone who sees her or has relevant information is asked to call 911.
