CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – Authorities in Cortland County seek assistance with an investigation.
On July 28, someone stole cans and bottles from the SPCA’s donation bins around 4 a.m.
The suspect was caught on security cameras committing the act, and the shelter’s Law Enforcement Department is trying to identify the person, who appears to be a man riding a bike, possibly an e-bike. It’s the latest in a string of similar reported incidents dating back to last year, which the nonprofit says has caused serious financial concerns.
