GOP primary in Spencer Town Council race

SPENCER, N.Y. (WHCU) — The town of Spencer in Tioga County is holding a Republican primary today.

Bret Smith and Andrew Bailey Thornton both appear on the GOP ballot for a two-year term on the Spencer Town Council. All other party primary races are uncontested.

Polls are open until 9 p.m.
