Cortland County waives residency requirements for some jobs

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland County is lifting residency requirements for some jobs. 

Savannah Hempstead is clerk of the Cortland County Legislature. Friday on Ithaca’s Morning News, she explained which positions are now open to people who live outside the county limits.

The resolution passed unanimously.
